What is it?
Random Wheel Pick's Instagram Giveaway Picker lets you take the list of usernames who entered your competition — by commenting, following, liking, or tagging — paste them into the wheel, and spin to select a random winner. The result is selected once using browser cryptographic randomness and recorded with a timestamp, keeping a local record of selected entries, time and eligible count; this is not independent verification.
How to use it

Copy the list of Instagram usernames who entered your giveaway (from comments, DMs, or a spreadsheet).

Use the giveaway entrant wheel above; it starts with your saved giveaway list or an empty list.

Check eligibility first, then paste one username per line (up to 500 entries, 120 characters each).
